The indicator should be set if the representative list of rents is weighted with surcharge/reduction characteristics. If this indicator is set, characteristics can be maintained in the representative list of rents and surcharge or reduction categories can be grouped together.
In order to calculate the comparative rent, you must assign the rental unit (s) to characteristics that correspond to the fixtures and fittings.
