Definition
For service charge settlements, the situation may arise that the tenant participates in the cost apportioning by paying monthly advance payments. The settlement participation key in the rental unit determines whether the tenant bears the costs entirely (100%) or only a portion of these. If the latter is the case, two amounts are determined during cost apportioning. The indicator determines the amount in question.
