Indicator is set:
The system apportions the costs of the settlement unit in equal portions to the participating rental units.
In this case, you do not have to specify an apportionment factor in the master data dialogs (rental unit, rental agreement).
Indicator is not set:
The costs are apportioned according to the apportionment factors on the participating rental units and affected rental agreements.
Example
Costs totalling 1000 euros are posted to a settlement unit.
The Equal apportionment indicator is set for the apportionment unit for the settlement unit.
The following rental agreements participate:
