Defines whether a rental unit external usage type participates in the service charge settlement.
Use
Indicator is set:
Participation in the service charge settlement is allowed.
Indicator is not set:
Participation in the service charge settlement is not allowed;
However, if a rental unit is assigned to a participation ID with a usage type that does not participate in the service charge settlement, the corresponding error message will appear.
