Definition

This indicator controls whether the fixed costing procedures are executed for a costing rule.

• '1' - The fixed costing procedures are executed
  All fixed costing procedures which comply with the settings in the costing rule are executed. If required, flexible procedures can also be executed by assigning a valuation strategy.
• '0' - The fixed costing procedures are not executed
  If a valuation strategy was assigned to the costing rule, only the flexible costing procedures are executed for this rule.

Use

Only switch off the fixed costing procedures if, for example, the master data for carrying out the fixed costing procedures is incomplete and you only want to carry out flexible costing procedures.

Note that even if you do not want the fixed costing procedures to be executed, all settings in the costing rule must be consistent before you can save the costing rule.
