Definition

Reference price for securities transactions/listed transactions

Use

The reference price is used to calculate the trading terms contribution within Single Transaction Costing. Only make an entry in the field if you are going to execute the corresponding costing procedure.

This field applies for the following transactions:

• Securities transactions
• Listed transactions with percentage, point and inverse percentage quotation.

For listed transactions in unit-quoted classes, use field BREFBETR.

The price must be supplied in the currency of the price of the transaction. If, for a security transaction, a unit of currency is used that is different from the currency of the price (for example, cent instead of USD), then the reference price must be supplied in this currency unit as well.
