Specifies the age of vehicles that this tax rate is valid for, if applicable. If there is no age limit, enter 9999.
Use

Example
For the first six years after manufacture, lorries are subject to RUB 50 tax for each unit of horsepower. For the next six years, the tax rate is RUB 25. After that, no tax is due.
Create two entries, one for the first six years, and one for the next six. In the first entry, enter 6 in this field; in the second entry, enter 12. Do not create any entries for the years 13 and above.
