Specifies the customs fee rate as defined by law.
Use
In general, the customs fee rate is equal to the customs fee amount. In some cases, however, the law can define a special customs fee rate based on which you calculate the customs fee amount. For example, if you store the goods at the customs warehouse, you might be required to pay a daily rate.
