Controls which contract items are displayed as follows:
- All: Displays all contract items regardless of whether this type of document has been created.
- Present: Displays only contract items for which a specific document type has been created.
- Not Present: Hides contract items for which a specific document has not yet been created.

Dependencies
Example
You only want to display contract items that you have already invoiced. You do not want to see those that have not. You set the invoice status to Present.
