Definition

Maximum number of days between the receipt date in the Invoice Journal and the posting date in a new incoming invoice.

Use

Use this field to define maximum difference in days between the registration date of an Invoice Journal entry and the posting date in a new incoming invoice for invoices to be matched automatically.

If the difference between the receipt date (0 means the same date) in the Invoice Journal and the posting date in the document is more than customized, the document will not be linked to the Invoice Journal entry. If the receipt date is empty, document date will be used instead (Original VAT Invoice Date or Corrective VAT Invoice Date depending on invoice type).
