Definition
Indicates that the item is to be processed by the program.
Use
When you save your entries, the system only processes those items that have this checkbox selected. The checkbox is selected as follows:
Create or Change Mode
When you create or change an item, the system checks the item and automatically selects this checkbox in case the item is correct and can be processed. In these modes, you cannot select this checkbox manually.
The system checks if you filled in all the mandatory fields for the given item. With the exception of the fields GTD Document Line Item, Purchasing Document Number, and Item Number of Purchasing Document, all the fields are mandatory.
Delete Mode
When you delete an item, you manually select this checkbox for the item that you want to delete.
