Definition
Specifies the total number of pages that were printed previously for this month.
Use
This field is only relevant if you have printed part of the cash journal in this month and want to continue the printing. In this case, enter the total number of pages for this month from the previous printout. The system begins counting the total number of pages for this month from this number and will display the new total on the last intermediate page of the month, in the "Total Pages of the Month" section.
Dependencies
Example
On May 12, you start the program to print the cash journal pages up to that date. You enter May 1 and May 12 as the key dates. You do not enter a value in this field. The system prints the form, which for this period has 6 pages.
At the end of the month, you want to complete printing the cash journal. You enter May 13 and May 31 as the key dates. In this field, you enter the number 6. The system prints the form and begins counting the total number of pages at 6. Since 7 additional pages were added between May 13 and May 31, the system prints 13 in the "Total Pages of the Month" section on the last intermediate page.
