Definition

At least one of the participants of a deal between interdependent parties is a resident of an economic zone, where tax treatment includes special organization income tax benefits (as opposed to general tax treatment in other subjects of the Russian Federation), and the other participant (participants) of the deal not being a resident of such an economic zone (subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2 of article 10514 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

Use
