Definition
Amount of income (sum of deal totals) between interdependent parties for a calendar year is more than 1 billion rubles (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 of article 10514 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation), more than 3 billion rubles in 2012, more than 2 billion rubles in 2013 (subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 4 of Federal Constitutional Law No. 227-FZ on changes to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation for improvement of principles of price determination for taxation).
Use
Set to 1 if the parameter is true, set to 0 if the parameter is false.
