Definition

Merge similar transactions checkbox.

Use

If this checkbox is checked, then all similar transactions in the resulting document will be merged into one line item with their total amount and quantity. If the checkbox is unchecked, then every line item of the document will be displayed separately, except for the price difference account line items that are always merged with the original.

Transactions are considered similar if they have at least one of the following:

  • Same plant
  • Same material
  • Same unit of measurement
  • Same MM order link
  • Same SD order link
