Definition
The type of responsibility held by the signatory, that is:
- Legal representative: The signatory is directly authorized to sign the report on behalf of the company. A legal representative could be, for example, a company director or an accountant.
- Authorized representative: The signatory has power of attorney. An authorized representative could be, for example, an assistant director.
- Personal: The signatory signs the report as a physical person (for example, a courier).
