Documentation

Definition

Displays or prints the data of the external document (the invoice that you originally received from the customer or vendor) in the output of the program.

Use

If you select this checkbox, the program retrieves the external document number and date from the additional text of the document and enters them in the Ref. Invoice and Invoice Date fields on the ALV list.

If you also select the Find Reference Number checkbox and generate a PDF-based form from the extract, the program enters these data in the Invoice Number and Date column.

Dependencies

You must have created additional texts for the document under Extras -> Texts# and defined the number and date of the external document there.
