Calculates the balance at the beginning of the year (only required if you restrict which documents are be selected).

Example

You run the report for vendor 1000560 in the Pharmaceuticals business area.

The database only contains the total beginning balance for all transactions posted to vendor 1000560. It does not store the beginning balance per business area. So the report displays the beginning balance as zero.

If you select this indicator, the report calculates the beginning balance for the vendor and business area.
