Documentation
Definition
If you set this indicator, the program stores all the data in the temporary memory when executing the program. These data will be ready to output to an electronic file.
Use
Dependencies
To create the electronic file, you need to select the Create File indicator as well.
If you do not set the Create File indicator, no file is generated. These data will be, however, stored and ready to output once you decide to create the file. This is useful, for example, when you want the file to include more instances of one specific section, since the program can only create one instance of a section at a time.
Example
If you want Section 2 to be included three times in the VAT return, execute the program with selecting this indicator and deselecting the Create File indicator for the first two times. Only select the Create File indicator when you execute the program for the third time.
