Definition
Determines that time-based equipment on the recipient site is handled according to deadline logic. This indicator has no effect on performance-based equipment or materials.
If the deadline logic rules are not adhered to, (1) surcharges for unrestricted usage are incurred in the form of additional SD order items or (2) the minimum usage period for restricted usage is charged.
Example
If this indicator is set but the release notification allowance indicator for unrestricted and restricted usage is not set, then no surcharge but the minimum usage period would be charged.
