This indicator is only relevant to materials.
Examples
- SPACE = no billing
- 1 = internal billing
- 2 = external billing
- 3 = internal and external billing
Notes
Changes on header level have a global effect on all material items. However, you can make changes on item level and then these are only valid for the item you make them for.
