Documentation
Definition
For each recipient, you can define how many days you want the minimum usage period for restricted usage of a time-based equipment item to cover.
Surchrges are incurred if the activity type of the equipment item is changed or if the equipment item is sent to another construction site prematurely.
Example
Minimum usage period: 15 days
An equipment item is sent to a construction site on 07.05 and withdrawn from use there on 07.15. In accordance with the shipping document, this then means that 10 days are charged to the construction site normally plus 5 days in the form of a surcharge.
However, if the equipment item is in operation on the construction site for longer than the minimum usage period, the restricted usage becomes unrestricted usage and the following rules apply: Deadline Logic for Unrestricted Usage.
