Definition
Here you can define, per condition type, which account assignment object you want to be used for settlement for the providing party (sender view).
Value range
- 1 = CO object recipient
- 2 = PM order administrator
- 3 = PM order owner
- 4 = Fixed CO object
- 5 = Fixed CO object via redirection
- 6 = Master cost center
- 7 = CO object sender
- 8 = User exit
Normal case:
Equipment item 4711 is used on site A.
Condition type: for example, rent
Posting type for providing party: 2 (PM order administrator)
Posting type for debited party: 1 (construction site)
Result:
Construction site A is debited with condition type "rent". Equipment item 4711 receives revenue from the rent for the work done. This is collected in the PM order administrator.
Special case 1:
If value range 4 = fixed CO object is entered for a condition type, then the condition type, for example J3GB (loading and unloading costs), can be asiigned to an account of a fixed CO object.
Example for an additional setting:
Determine Organizational Structure for Fixed CO Object "J3GB", posting type for providing party = 2, posting type = 2, debited party = 1
Assign Fixed CO Object. The required WBS element, for example, can be entered for business area/plant.
Special case 2:
If value range 5 = fixed CO object via redirection is entered for a condition type, then the condition type, for example J3GD (provision fee) can be redirected to a building contractor's yard.
Example for an additional setting:
Determine Organizational Structure for Fixed CO Object "J3GD", posting type for providing party = 2, posting type for debited party = 2
