Definition
Defines whether the group is represented as a company code/business area/plant or as a profit center from a CEM point of view. The company code/business area can represent the company/branch.

Controls price determination access and serves to determine account assignment.
Activities
Enter 1 = business area/company code/plant.
Dependencies
When recipients are created, the system checks whether the relevant organizational structure (for example, CO order, WBS element etc.) has been maintained in the appropriate master records. Likewise, the system checks the organizational structure (for example, PM order) when you create equipment items.
