Definition
Minimum Account Balance that should be available in the G/L Account. If the Account Balance falls below this value then the system does not allow the user to utilize the available modvat credit.
Example
If the Minimum Account Balance = 10,000 Rs in Personal Ledger Account. If we want to pay Rs. 11,000 from Personal Ledger Account for an excise invoice, the system will not allow the user to create the excise invoice.
