You can either use this information for your own purpuses, or alternatively, you can include these fields in the SAPscript form that you use for printing out the challans on.

There are fields for additional data at header level and at line item level

Procedure

Examples

If you want your challan to show information about the truck which will be delivering the materials to the subcontractor, you could enter this information in one of the additional information fields in the header and include the field in the SAPscript form.
