Definition
Means that the customer who is importing goods from a particular foreign vendor, is liable to pay customs duty at the site of arrival (that is, the port) of these goods to the port authorities.
Use
Select this checkbox, only if the customs vendor is liable to pay customs duty to the tax authorities. The license details, proposed amount and the quantity will then be available to the vendor.
