Definition
The quotient of tax-free ICMS transactions to total ICMS transactions, whereby:
- Amount of tax-free ICMS transactions = ICMS other base + ICMS excluded base
- Amount of total ICMS transactions = sum of all three ICMS base values (base, other base, and excluded base)
Use
The CIAP report applies this factor when it calculates the ICMS credit you are able to post for a given period.
