Definition

The route contract for each truck route specifies the length of time a forwarding agent is required to wait for the truck route to be ready for dispatch and for which the agent cannot bill the publisher.

In this field, you should specify the actual time waited. The difference between these two periods may be of relevance in settlement.

Note

You can enter this value when maintaining the daily truck routes or during collective data entry. If you do not enter a value during collective entry, the system enters a default.

When doing this, the system normally copies the planning values from the truck route. The system time can only be set automatically for times that can be specified explicitly, such as the starting time.
