Definition

Specifies the length of the time period for which the system selects data for a report.

Use

When you create a report (for example, a list of sales orders), the system automatically proposes a time period.

Example

If you enter '30' in this field, the system takes the date in the Field column and subtracts 30 days. The two dates together appear in the initial selection screen of the report as the proposed time period for which data will be listed.

Procedure

Enter the number of days you want the system to propose as a time interval. During report processing, you can change the time period manually.
