Use
The value that you specify in this field denotes if the customer/vendor list is delivered as a regular delivery or substitution delivery or if it is cancelled. Regular delivery indicates that the customer/vendor list is submitted for the first time and substitution delivery indicates that the file is a replacement for previously submitted file.
