Definition
Fixed portion of the actual costs, shown in object currency or company code currency.
Use
Fixed costs incurred in the production process.
Cost objects are debited with actual costs through goods issues, confirmations, overhead allocation, and so on. The fixed portion of actual cost is the cost that is independent of the operating rate and lot size. For example, setup costs are normally a fixed cost, since they don't vary with the lot size.
