Documentation
When the system provides open items, you can specify whether all open items are to be provided or just a subset of open items that are due in the next n days, months or years.
If you wish to specify that only the subset due in the next n days, months or years is to be provided, then the offset defines the number n.
The IST_DATE_ENTITY data element specifies which time entity n describes (days, months or years).
