For the statutory copayment for outpatient cases in Germany, you have to enter the following uses:

D2    Practice Fee PPA Case

D4    Practice Fee for Outpatient Surgery

Copayment processing accommodates a customer-specific function module (user exit) that enables you to implement your own use ('Z1', 'Z2', etc.) and thus determine alternative copayment amounts for these purposes.
