Definition

The symbol is displayed either as a traffic light or as a warning sign. If a traffic light appears, this indicates the result of the availability check for the reserved material:

  • Green traffic light: Reservation can be picked in full
  • Yellow traffic light: Reservation can only be picked in part, since not enough material is available in the storage facility.
  • Red traffic light: Reservation cannot be picked, since this material is currently not available in the storage facility.
  • Scales: During the picking run, more of the material than available in the storage facility was requested. The picking agent him-/herself can ensure a just allocation of stock.

If a warning sign is displayed instead of a traffic light, this indicates that the corresponding row is an alterative pick option. Such a row is generated if

  • A requested material is available in several storage locations
  • Several available batches of a material exist.

Caution:

Several alternative pick proposals can exist for a reservation. If you pick a material from two storage locations, for example, ensure that the total quantity requested is not exceeded.
