Definition
All invoices belonging to a collective invoice have the same collective invoice number. This collective invoice number is in the SD document and FI document for the invoice.
A collective invocie number offers the following advantages:
- The collective invoice number in the FI document facilitates incoming payments, since the open items can also be determined using the collective invoice number when incoming payments are made.
- The collective invoice number in the SD document facilitates the reprint of a collective invoice in the IS-H SYstem.
