Documentation
Definition
This field contains the key for the unique identification of a statistical key figure.
Statistical key figures contain values used to describe cost centers and orders.
Use
You can create statistical key figures using the maintenance transactions and post both planned and actual values to cost centers and orders. In Controlling, statistical key figures are used in cost assessment and distribution as assignment bases by which the cost receivers are charged.
Statistical key figures can be used for creating further key figures.
Example
One example of a statistical key figure is the number of employees in the cost center. After creating the statistical key figure EMPLOY, you can plan the number of employees in each cost center and enter them as actual values. These figures can be used as a base for assigning canteen costs to all other cost centers.
