Definition

This option stipulates that when searching for an open time slot, the system is only to take into account time slots with free capacities for group treatments.

Appointments are assigned in the Visit Scheduling function of Outpatient Clinic Management in relation to time slots stored for defined planning objects. These time slots are categorized using "scheduling types". For group treatments, you can stipulate the number of patients for a group treatment appointment as the available capacity for the scheduling type. A time slot defined using such a scheduling type can then be assigned the specified number of patient appointments in the visit scheduling function.
