Definition

The health insurer informs you of approved services in recognized psychotherapy in form PTV7. In billing for approved services, you must specify how many of the approved services have already been billed.

Use

Enter the number of services actually billed in this field. If your PPA billing system is unable to determine this value automatically, you must make an entry in this field so that the case can be billed correctly.

Dependencies

If you perform PPA billing using ACM, the PPA billing system AMASYS can determine the number of services actually billed. This is only possible if you have specified the start date of the treatment.
If AMASYS was not used to bill all the approved services for the patient, you must enter the number of approved services that were not billed using AMASYS in this field.
AMASYS forwards the total of the following components to the PPA:

  • Number of services billed from the Billed field
  • Number of services billed, determined by AMASYS according to the start date.
