Definition
If you are working with pre-printed forms (featuring the hospital logo for example), the pre-printed material is not archived during optical archiving. As a result, this pre-printed material is missing when you display the archived form again.
To ensure that the archived form you display matches the original printout, it is possible to store the pre-printed material as an overlay form. You assign an archive document ID for this overlay form to the form in the work organizer control tables.
In this field, please specify the name of the archive in which the overlay form is located.
