Definition

Two charge types are distinguished for calculating the estimated invoice:

• Daily charges (e.g. for accommodation or treatment)
• Non-recurring charges (e.g. for an operation)

Multiple components can exist for each charge type. For instance, daily charges can consist of charges for accommodation, medical care and treatment.

You can define rules to calculate the charges for the components of a charge type.
