Definition
If you select this option, the selected temporary medical records are automatically processed when the return list is created. This means:
- A new record is created and the temporary records are deleted if, in accordance with the medical record organization form of the discharging OU or the OU of the last visit specified in Customizing, a new record should be created for the temporary record. The new record is shown as the target document in the return list and the automatic processing is confirmed with 'temporary records deleted'.
- A target document is determined and the temporary medical record is deleted if, in accordance with the medical record organization form of the discharging OU or the OU of the last visit specified in Customizing, a target document exists for the temporary medical record. The target document is shown in the return list and the automatic processing is confirmed with 'temporary records deleted'.
- If a patient has not yet been discharged, the records are not automatically processed. The temporary medical record is shown in the return list with 'indeterminable' in the activity column.
