Definition

Specifies how the system is to handle the transmission of waiting messages when the last message received has the status "rejected".
If a rejection affects the message content, the waiting messages must be processed again.
If you only work with manual events, you should change the status from "ready-to-send" to at least "incomplete". This prevents automatic transmission while indicating to IS-H that data exchange is not yet complete and allowing the user to decide on what further action to take using the outbound work list.
