Definition
The rule number is used as a unique identifier of an assignment rule for procedures surcharge-to-ICPM/ICD code assignments and flat rate per case-to-ICPM/ICD code assignments.
The number of the rule is used for identification purposes only and can be assigned by the user.
To make the search for a rule or a particular procedures surcharge more user-friendly, you should include the number of the flat rate per case or the procedures surcharge in the rule number, for instance F1601 for the flat rate per case 16.01.
