The charge factor value for personnel costs specifies the quantity by which the charge factors for personnel costs must be multiplied in order to produce an amount.
Note
Note that this charge factor value is only evaluated for determining the revenues total, for exampel in V2 or V3 statistics. The charge factor value is not relevant for billing. (Germany)
