If you select this option, only cases for which a change of department occurred are taken into account in diagnosis processing.
If you select this indicator, the system displays cases of patients who
- Changed department as of the specified key date (if you only want the departmental organizational unit to be taken into account)
- Transferred directly from the specified care unit into another department (if you want to include the treatment organizational unit (as well)).
