Indicator whether the specified daily/visit rate is to be evaluated for the complete case.
This field is only evaluated if the Max. day/visit field (MAXAD) is filled.
Example
A patient spends three days in hospital during which the following service charges are incurred:

Laboratory service day 1 50 $
Laboratory service day 2 60 $
Laboratory service day 3 40 $
The contract scheme stipulates that the insurance provider covers 50 $ per day for laboratory costs (Max. day/visit contains 50).
Overall valuation
The patient spends three days in hospital and the insurance provider covers 50 $ per day for laboratory costs. This results in a total amount of 150 $ for laboratory costs.
This means that the insurance provider will bear the costs of all the amount of 150 $ for laboratory costs.
Valuation per day/visit
The valuation is made for each single day:
Service Price Costs borne by ins. provider

In this example, the insurance provider only covers a total of 140 $.
