Definition
This indicator enables you to stipulate that insurance relationships cannot be created for third-party payers. In this case, you have to continue using the alternative invoice recipient functionality for the process in question.
If the indicator is not selected, you cannot create new alternative invoice recipients. You can, however, continue to process existing alternative invoice recipients.

Note that SAP will no longer support the alternative invoice recipient function in the medium term.
