Definition
Certain EDI procedures do not permit modified messages to be transmitted without prior checking. Change messages are usually due to change events whose outcome should be checked manually.
By selecting this indicator you ensure that the message (even if its status is "ready to send") is not written to a file. The message will not be written to a file until its release has been explicitly approved by executing program RNCEDIU1.
Note that messages can only be released (per message type) in chronological order.
