Documentation
Definition
With this event you determine for which movements and for which case type the system is to take the department status into account.
Use
You specify the event when assigning organizational units to department statuses.
Dependencies
The system checks or sets the department status only for the movements and the case type that correspond to the configured event. You can select the following values:
- 1 - Inpatient admissions and transfers
The system takes the department status into account only for admissions and transfers (i.e. exclusively for inpatient cases).
- 2 - Outpatient visits in inpatient case
The system takes the department status into account for outpatient visits in inpatient cases.
- 3 - Outpatient visits in outpatient case
The system takes the department status into account for outpatient cases (i.e. exclusively for outpatient visits).
Example
Inpatient case with admission on October 1, transfer on October 3 and outpatient visit on October 5. If the value "1" is set, the system does not take the department of the outpatient visit into account and thus does not create a status for it. If the value "2" is set, the system takes the outpatient visit into account and sets a status for the respective department.
